Sunbury Festival of Choirs 2024
Sunbury Festival of Choirs 2024 is a FREE event presented by HarmoniX VC Inc.
in Sunbury April 2024.
We invite adult community choirs to register for this exciting event.
(No children's choirs please)
Our Special guest is MITCH TAMBO.
Day One
April 20th 2024
After registration we will break into small groups for workshops, over the morning and into the afternoon. (Music will be provided for these workshops before so choirs can familiarise themselves with the songs.)
After the workshops, Mitch Tambo will gather all groups together to fine tune language and sound. Once completed, a meal will be provided for all choristers. Saturday evening will be a Showcase Concert for the local community, in which Mitch Tambo and choristers perform the songs they have learnt/rehearsed during theworkshops.
Mitch Tambo will close the showcase with some of his original songs!
Day Two
April 21st 2024
Sunday afternoon, there will be an opportunity for all participating choirs to perform songs from their own repertoire to a local audience, and the other choirs.
Please make sure your expression of interest is received by January 15th.
Please be aware that the number of choirs involved in the event is limited. After expressions of interest close January 15th, choirs will be notified if they have been selected to participate in the event.
